Updated with more levels. I added descriptions to each one. Let me know what you think.

1. Tagger's Trial- (3E65-0000-0063-C083) A viewer based level designed on his suggestions. Can you overcome his trial?

2. Tagger's Second Trial- (E39F-0000-0063-DAEF) Tagger’s second level based on his suggestions. This trial makes Bowser proud.

3. Flight of Buzzy Beetles- (0D8B-0000-005F-B14B) Buzzy Beetles with wings make for good transportation.

4. Hammer Bros. Hell- (47F4-0000-005F-9BE0) Have a fear of Hammer Bros? Overcome that fear. If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a hammer

5. Magikoopa Triple Attack- (57C7-0000-0051-5620) Magikoopas are terrible anyways, but what happens when you have to face 3 stacked in a clown copter?

6. Hammer Bros Ditch- (E5BD-0000-0051-30B1) A traditional like level with Hammer Bros strategically placed. Shouldn’t be too bad.

7. Move it- (E204-0000-004B-5BF4) A fast autoscroller with precision jumping at the start. After that it should be smooth sailing. Probably my hardest course.

8. Here Lies Mario- (5AE8-0000-004B-5894) A Ghost House with boos and spookies and Mario’s grave? Yep, they expect Mario to die and have his grave already made. Can you fool them and live to see the end?

9. Lady Flare's Fish Fry (5DDB-0000-004B-5779) Another viewer based level. She liked the idea of flaming fish, and what’s better than a lava pit filled with giant flying flaming fish. Grab Kuriboh’s shoe at the start and stomp those fishies for a fun level.

10. Die a lot Trollship- (02BA-0000-004B-5476) This could be harder than Move It, but this is what happens when I have my chat create a level. You will die and you will die often. Also, everything has wings, why must everything have wings?

11. Run!- (D9A4-0000-0049-17E9) This level was designed as a test. For 3 days my star count didn’t move, so as a joke I created this level to see if easy levels do get stars more often than regular or hard levels. You can star it, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d rather you star my other 19 courses.

12. Koopa's Korner- (47DC-0000-0048-F777) The Koopas are on the loose, and this is theme based level in which I hope we get worlds as a DLC to place our levels in. It’s very traditional to the SMB3 game.

13. Wriggler’s Way-B52B-0000-0048-DDEF A beginner like level with Wrigglers all over the place. Use them to your advantage

14.March of the Koopas- 6141-0000-0048-E0B1 The Koopas come marching in. Practice on the little guys for the king himself.

15. Goomba Galore- FDB5-0000-0048-E4A5 Goombas are so unappreciated and yet where would Mario be without them? Probably already saving Peach.

16. Money in the Bank- E999-0000-0048-E7EB Got to love those coins. So much are all over the level. It’s a coin hunter’s paradise.

17. Treasure Trove- 1CA2-0000-0048-EAF0 It’s an easy underwater level with tons of coins everywhere. Find the easy path and be rewarded in riches.

18. Bowser’ s Baddie Invasion- 013F-0000-0048-ECF8 Most of Bowser’s baddies are invading. Get by the invasion.

19. King Wriggler’s Wrath- 55BD-0000-0048-F1EC King Wriggler isn’t too happy about you jumping on his wrigglers in other levels. Feel his wrath.

20. Stop! Hammer Time- 9A1B-0000-0048-F4BA I think you get the hammer jokes by now.


21. Cas's Level (EC5F-0000-006E-C5F1) A viewer based airship. Expect no mercy.

22. Boo Boo Box (864F-0000-006E-CB0A) A Boo House with various obstacles that you cannot dodge.

23. Bowser Jr's Armada (19E8-0000-006E-CC3E) Bowser Jr.’s Airship has arrived. Bring a stop to the premature invasion.

24. Bowser's Fortress (EB9B-0000-006E-CDD1)Bowser is back. It’s your typical Bowser. Make him cry and send him packing.

25. King Drybones' Lair (01A3-0000-006E-D0B1) King Drybones is not happy about you hopping on his lesser cousins. Can you defeat the king and escape?

26. Petey Piranha's Armada (52D7-0000-006E-D2D8) Petey Piranha has his own Armada and he’s angry.

27. Bowser's Ransom (4CC7-0000-006E-DA4A) Bowser is back along with his terrible offspring in a double battle. After raiding his treasure room, survive the 2 on 1 onslaught and escape with Bowser’s ransom!

28. Kamek's Armada (9F49-0000-006E-DBCD) Bowser’s trusted advisor and leader of the Magikoopas, Kamek brings his airship. Same with Bowser Jr. and Petey, defeat him and his armada to stop the invasion.

29. Petey Piranha's Revenge (3D4F-0000-006E-DD66) After losing his Armada, he’s back and harder to deal with. Get rid of the castle’s evil weed.

30. Petey's Hell House (3A4F-0000-006E-DED8) The unholy trifecta of taking out Petey takes place in a Boo House. He’s meaner. Can you find rid the Mushroom kingdom of this demon plant?

You can unlock everything day 1 legitimately.

When it says your tools will arrive the next day, just keep working on levels (or spam the level with blocks). You'll get a message saying the delivery arrived early. Then just use everything you unlocked once, work on a level for five minutes until it tells you about the next unlock and repast.

Here's mine. They all have secret areas that are indicated by either an 1UP Mushroom or a hidden block. My 'Super Moonray World' series is supposed to get progressively harder like it would in Mario games but also just improve as I learn better designs and such in the editor :)

My difficulty ratings are based on how random players seem to be faring in my courses but may not be entirely accurate as a lot of players seem to quit after a few goes or just aren't very good at Mario it seems.

I've uploaded a couple more courses and altered Luigi's Mansion Escape to make some jumps & sections easier than they were based on feedback from Aragni's play through as it wasn't supposed to kill him that many times.

Edit: I've also redesigned 1-Castle in a few ways. Should be fairer now. Plus the boss can't be despawned the way Aragni did. Would like to hear your opinion on it if you replay it Aragni.

Went through and reduced the difficulty of several courses. They wee too hard for what is supposed to be the start of a series.

I also need more stars to upload more levels so it made sense to reduce difficulty of these initial ones to try and generate more stars from players :)

Also added Super Moonray World 2-2 which puts me at 10 uploads so no more for now :(

I...may or may not have played through most of said levels before realizing you have to star them from the clear screen when you beat the level...



I appreciate that Nintendo was smart enough to let you sort through menus and stuff to make playing peoples' levels easier - the only code I ever put in was for Super Moonray World 1-1, after which I just used the "all uploads from this user" and "users who played/cleared/starred this level" menus to get to all the others.

but I did just do (and enjoy) the ghost house you added since then! I actually solved it the wrong way, so I went back to find what the intended solution was.

Ah yea Aragni almost managed that on his stream, I decided to leave it as because it requires some pretty fast moving to do it and it van be like one of those secret ways to finish that only good players can do or whatever.

Played yours PN, enjoyed it. Aragni got annoyed by it though :(

It was tedious when the controls were not responsive. Hey, there's a vine, and why am I flying right by it? I ended up speed running the level and managed that speed was better than waiting.

yeah, it's kind of like the "tough" solution, as opposed to the "tricky" one (which is easier if you find it). I'd probably leave it as is, too.

Miis aren't kawaii enough to properly express myself, so I take a different artistic direction

my favorite thing about sad is that his face isn't actually made from his eyes and mouth, so when games try to get cute and have him express different emotions (like MK8 having him cheer and look excited) it doesn't work


also they're both better-looking than the Mii I have on the old (backup) 3DS

hopefully I'll get the chance to actually play some of them soon...lately I've opted to focus on the design side and that always takes longer than intended and then I have to go do other shit. Haven't gotten to look at any of Kraytos's beyond the first for the same reason. I'll be baking a birthday cake tomorrow, so maybe once I get the oven started I'll get to see what's happenin'.

I respect the time and creativity that go into some of those, but I don't particularly like them. I kinda feel they need to be separated out somehow so that the 'top starred' levels can feature actual levels.

Just played a ton of levels from you guys. Aragni's could definitely use some work, 3/10 at best. Maybe you should waste a little less time on your streaming and more on your artistic direction?

10/10 work PN, you really knocked it out of the park, I especially liked the Wiggler battle. Very creative use of bricks, as well.

Now, Speed Bike Pro, I don't mean to be a critic here, but that was absolute dog shit, though that's a bit of a disservice. If a dog came into my lawn and took a shit, I'd rather play with that than go through your level one more time. Maybe there would be some fun bits of corn in it, it'd make you think at least, "Hmm, but dogs are carnivores, aren't they?" More mentally engaging than your pile of fucking rancid elephant trunk scrapings. I wanted to fucking jump into the community swimming pool with my toaster after playing that FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT.

Clear rate doesn't mean as much as it initially appears to.

For example if someone got your course in 100 mario challenge and instantly hit skip, that counts as an attempt. Or if someone accidentally ignores the game at the start and dies to a goomba . What you should look for is how many people played VS how many attempts were made. That's a good indicator as to how much they enjoy it (but still not perfect).

Oh, does clear rate count deaths? So if one person plays a course 5 times and dies on the first 4 attempts but beats the 5th, it'd show as a 20% completion rate?

yeah, sub-10% isn't unusual because it's the percentage of Marios that beat the level - not players. Most of my levels are in the 2-5% range, and they're generally meant to be challenging but not unfair. The one exception is the level I specifically designed to be easy, which has about 26% or so.

and yeah you need stars on your existing uploads to get more upload slots - that's why I starred all your levels after playing them (because I'm just that darn sweet)

^^^ a small tribute to one of my favorite classics. I decided to compress it as much as possible rather than doing what I did with MGS, which was trying to fit in all the important parts of the game at the cost of making a super long level. I'm extremely pleased with the end result, definitely pretty happy that I could pay a decent tribute to one of the best Metroids. Hope you guys enjoy.

Yea. There's definitely some things I'm hoping for (slopes, checkpoints, bosses (and better ways to force boss fights), additional themes like desert and snow) but as it is there's loads we an do.

Had to delete MGS to make room but it's for the best anyways. Now that I have a few days worth of experience with this game, I'm gonna go back and clean up/edit some of my previous levels. Definitely pretty happy with my Wiggler Meadows levels though, probably won't touch those.

One suggestion; a forum document that categorizes all of our levels by creator, perhaps with level descriptions like Aragni did.

I have created a document as per Speed's request. Those of us with a lot of courses or just a lot of text I had put a toggle on to show/hide so that people can easily scroll past us. If you want a different layout to what was used or descriptions for courses just post what you want and I'll edit it.

I've also uploaded a few more of my own courses :) still slowly working through everyone else's too.

I'm super late, but w/e. It's short and probably not very good but I tried to substitute for these inadequacies with a very deliberate level of difficulty. In terms of pace it bears more resemblance to Super Meat Boy than anything Mario, except I did put in a couple of hidden (but still conspicuously placed) mushrooms.
