The goal is simple. Work out! Write down below what you hope to accomplish in terms of working out.

Do you want to lose weight?

Gain muscle?

Tone up?

I will start

I want to lose weight

Currently weigh 200-205 lbs

I have lost 40-45 lbs since November.

I want to lose weight and lower my mile time from 9 minutes to possibly under 7 minutes.

My goal weight is any where between 150-165 lbs.




I am willing to buy prizes for any one who has a rapid transformation. Like a 10 dollar PSN/ XBOX LIVE POINTS/ NINTENDO CARD.

Current Weight: ~160 lbs

Weight Goal: 165-170 lbs

Aesthetic Goal: I'm looking to tone up the abs a bit before bathing suit season. Continue to build/maintain other muscles as I have over the past year. Most of that extra 5-10 lbs would be in my legs at this point.

Athletic Goal: To be able to dunk and pack on a bit more weight for basketball.

I'm drinking Amaretto and eating Chinese atm. But at the same time, I work out 5 days a week and am really into fitness.



Basically me.

My goal right now (5'10", 170-180ish) is to "tone up" and gain muscle rather than simply lose weight. Even when I was legit obese as a teenager, I was still rather puny and physically weak.

2 months of dieting and working out.


I plan to jog/ walk 2 miles in the morning while running 4 miles in the evening everyday. I am going to throw in jump roping and basic calisthenics as well.

Hoping to be able to do 50+ push up non stop by August.

I need to check my salt and water content. I will be alternating between walking and running depending on how I feel. Friday will be my rest days as that is the day my work has major trips :3

I realized that this ^ was a little impossible to do as I ended up over straining my self.


So as it stands 4 miles every morning

Walking 4 miles early evening

And every other day doing a half hour to hour of jump roping along with a push up challenge I found.

Hoping to be 190 by the time school starts.

I want to get toned, build stamina and build power. Not strength, but striking power. To these goals, I have been focusing on sledgehammer workouts. I never do isolation; I don't want heavy gains, I want full-body toning and flexible strength. I need to gain some weight; so far, I've gotten about 5 pounds on. It's really hard for me to gain weight...

I've stopped eating heavy sugars like candy, cookies, etc. and I'm going to stop eating overly greasy foods like bacon. I stopped drinking alcohol and soda long ago and don't even plan to start again, even as much as that might dismay my friends. I drink water the vast majority of the time and rarely coffee or tea. Basically, I'm slowly working towards a monastic lifestyle of OATS N SQUATS (except not that dumb).

I also take a twice-daily multivitamin, but the benefit is invisible, if existent at all. Not worrying about dropping a few bucks on two months of vitamins, though.

I got my mile time down to 8 minutes and 23 seconds. Really happy about that.

I was eating pretty good food and some how shot up to 210lbs. So I changed my diet around and Im back down to 200lbs.


Ill be jogging 4-7 miles each morning. Monday Wednesday Friday I am aiming on toning my biceps, triceps, and trapeziums. While building endurance for push ups.


Ill be on a 1000-1200 calorie diet for the remainder of the year and Im cutting out soda for the most part and planning my fatting food dates (Only 3 for the rest of the year.)

(One before my birthday, one on my birthday and one on christmas eve)

Ive also been sorta meal planning.

I lost a few pounds in my waist for ya...


Been trying to lose about 15 pounds for a couple weeks now. Want to be back in the 160 range. Maybe drop back to 155 if I can. Mostly managing my diet with a bit of an increase in physical activity. Been kayaking, and that's been a lot of fun and a pretty decent work out.

They're fairly affordable. Inflatable kayaks are also not as bad as you'd think they are (that's not what I have, but I've used one recently. Was surprised.) It's a pretty good and fun exercise. Already noticing some tone forming in my arms, shoulders, and abs. (Which I'm pretty sure means my form isn't really right, but either way.)

I've lost about 11, 12 pounds in the last month. Feels pretty good. My back is feeling better than it has in years. Doing a bit of running, and now it's pick up football season.

Ive been stressing out a lot this semester and when Im stressed I over eat. Ive managed to keep my weight at 200lbs.


went for a 5 mile jog this morning..... got in a heated arguement which added to my stress and went out and got a son of a baconator....

My job is starting the Biggest Loser this weekend and I decided to join it!

I really want to turn a lot of this fat into some muscle and drop down a few sizes. I'm currently almost 120 and I'd like to be more around 100.

I'm excite! I have a meal and intense exercise plan that I'm gonna start next week.

Just want to lose 10lbs.

I've lost 20-30lbs in 4-5 months. I would say the major thing to watch for is what you eat. I was meticulously counting my calories and putting them on my fitnesspal. I tracked and weighed everything I ate and ate mostly the same food everyday, which helped me maintain my weight and track my maintenance calories. I then adjusted from there by adding or subtracting calories to gain or lose weight.

If you want to lose weight, aim for -500 calorie deficit from food and exercise for 1lb, and -1000 for 2 lbs.

How much you can safely lose without losing a good amount of muscle mass is depends on your body fat. 1lb is always the safest if you're around 20% and lower.

Going back to diet, Eating a relatively high protein diet is good. around .8 to 1 grams of protein per bodyweight, with the rest being carbs and fat. Watch for the refined sugar as if you don't burn them right away they will spike the hell out of your blood sugar and make you gain weight quick. Carbs with fiber and protein also affect your blood sugar but don't release at once and do it in a manner of a few hours. I don't think dietary fat has any real effect on blood sugar. Avoid trans fat and eat omega 3s.. Studies on eating dietary fat and cholesteral are still a bit confusing though. I'd say monitor your health more closely if you have high cholestoral, triglycerides, blood sugar, and pressure.

Eat as clean as you can and replace all those unnecessary sugar drinks(or cut down heavily) with water or tea is a good thing to do. If you've been hooked on those, you'd be surprised how much you'd lose from cutting those alne.
