Still the most stacked roster in the NFL without him.

How so speed bike pro? Didn't garpolo sign with the bears? Is their third string qb (forgot his name) still as viable as last season when he played in place of Brady was who suspended for the first five games due to deflategate?

Jimmy is still on the Pats. They also acquired Brandin Cooks and Dwayne Allen in the offseason in addition to Gronk, Chris Hogan, Amendola, and Malcolm Mitchell PLUS their runningback rotation. They will do fine without Edelman. That division is still a cake walk.

Thebdolphins qb is out for the rest of the season so yeah their Dickson sucks footballs.

Pretty much what speed said. NE will be fine without him and will find another scrappy WR to weaponize.

And no, NE wanted way too much for Garopolo.

Well, so, I don't really care about the NFL anymore. Didn't watch a game other than the Super Bowl last year. And won't watch a game this year (except likely the Super Bowl - I get invited to parties, so I make the exception). I really like Julian Edelman in general, and love his weird YouTube videos. So that's a bummer. But, this is the Patriots, and I know Brady and Belichick, and they'll be fine. I don't think they'll be able to replicate what Edelman brings to the table with another player, but they'll be more than capable of readjusting to life without him. The question is ultimately what happens then when Gronk gets his annual injury.

There is something that doesn't seem to get a ton of play here, though, and that is how much more often these injuries appear to be happening on these artificial surfaces. It's easy to pass these things off as just a part of sports and football in particular, but there are studies coming in implicating artificial surfaces as a contributing factor.

Brady could be throwing to high-schoolers and I'd still take them over their division rivals. And they have Brandin Cooks now. I'd be surprised if they didn't win the division by four games or more.
