Mines: set -1 to cooldown to make the mine never come back

This was requested a long time ago.

If you set the "cooldown" of a mine to -1 then once the player reaches the maximum amount they can get before the cooldown, the mine will disappear permanently for the player.

I've been using this to make it so that each player can get a unique item, which is like a multiplayer equivalent of the "take item" thing. Though there's apparently new ways to do that now (once per user events).
