User Block Feature

In your User CP down at the bottom you now have a "Block User" feature. Here's how it works:
Add usernames in the box here, one per line. They will then appear below.
The default setting is to collapse their posts (you can still view them if you click on them -- useful if you want to follow discussions better). If you want though, you can set posts to hide completely.
You can also remove blocks.
If you are being blocked, you get to see a list of how many times each of your usernames (account name, primary username, altnames) are being blocked but not who blocked you.
You can also "request probation", which I'll cover in a minute.
User blocks will show like this if they're set to "collapse" (default). You can then click these links to make the posts or threads appear.
If they're set to "hide", the posts and threads will disappear completely from the site for you.
If you get blocked a bunch and find it really annoying and are willing to change your ways, you can request a "probation" which is a period of time where you get removed from all existing blocklists and users can't add you to their blocklists either. The mods will watch you closely and if there are issues, you'll be removed from probation and also globally banned for some amount of time (a month maybe?). Otherwise, you'll be removed from probation and users can block you again -- but at least you had a chance to prove yourself.
I'm going to discuss the rules for probation with the other mods. Note that users can only be placed onto the probation lists by admins.
