Some events ideas. Not essential for anything I am currently doing, and may already be on your own personal todo list:

  • Add/Remove/Toggle Status Effects on rooms/characters (basically add status effects where relevant to the list of events).

  • Send message to player journals (#user, specific player and all players as options).

    Done! You can also optionally send an alert to the player in question.

    #all doesn't work yet, so there's just another event that sends the message to all journals instead.

    Events are really really easy to make. I should get the status effects one done soon too, but uh I've had to split it into 9 functions because I don't want to have items/rooms/characters all be in the same giant list.

    Yea I was thinking you could just stick them into the existing items/rooms/characters filters?

    Rather than make lots of posts.

    There's a lot of places where you can't delete stuff once you've added it. Item Categories and Subrooms are two that spring to mind. The amount of times I have made an item Category by accident or wanted to get rid of a Subroom!

    Please could you add an option to delete them somewhere :)

    This now works too. I added an "Entities" object that has nine separate functions for add/remove/toggle and room/character/item.

    It's also been tested and works fully.

    While you can put in the "hours" optionally (which is neat), finite/poison/regen don't currently work (because those require additional variables).

    Potions definitely don't seem to be consumables. I used one (stimpack in Aliens) and it is still in my character's inventory.

    Fixed. The problem had to do with it limboing the parent item rather than the actual item, btw, so that might be true as well for other bugs you may find.
