Trump Expected to Announce more Restrictive Cuba Policy

Is there any good reason for this besides the fact it's meant to reverse Obama policy?

How can anyone who says we should have better relations with Russia, removing their sanctions for nothing, and get past a "Cold War" mentality, and still support continued sanctions against Cuba?

True, they are an oppressive authoritarian government, but more travel between it and our Cuban communities, and letting US internet companies in (one example) seems to me as the best policy for developing positive peace and promoting change.
