I've been working on GTX0 way way too long, and I can tell that the features I haven't started working on yet are going to be major timesinks and will pull time away from viable projects.
Also I really need to get a job and otherwise get my life back on track soon so I can start investing here and on my other business.
So here's the plan:
NIFE definitely has the most potential at this point, so for the time being I'm putting all my efforts on rolling out version 4 features.
During the process of building those features and after I'm going to launch a bunch of NIFE format games. I'll get a bunch of people from outside the site (and even old GTers) involved in them in some capacity
Quirks and Automafia are very close to completion, so I should be able to work on them once I have a job without issues because it won't take much work to launch them.
The site is pretty streamlined and revamped at this point. I can continue to make finishing touches to it without time conflicts.
The stream feature v2 does have a lot of potential, but this is a project that I'm willing to roll out slowly in 2017.
Most of my advertising efforts are going to go into NIFE, because it has all kinds of crazy potential for expansion and member retention, and NIFE players will naturally spread out through the rest of the site while they wait for other players to be online / games to update.
NIFE has three features (other than its potential) that make it particularly worthwhile to put my efforts there:
It's very easy to work with and make changes / new features for.
I do enjoy working on it the most, maybe because of that or maybe because making text adventures is kind of my thing and has been for a long time.
It has the most infrastructure in place of any GTX0 project, or even GTX0 as a whole. It's adaptable to anything people want to do with it.
