I can't stop drooling

My mouth had been uncontrollably drooling all day now and was drooling most of yesterday. My mouth is all sticky and slimy right now and not even medicine is stopping this. I want my saliva gland removed permanrly. I rather have a dry mouth than a wet sticky slimy one, even if it means drinking a lot of water. I gave been trying to practice swallowing exercises all day long now and drinking water, because I cannot swallow my own saliva now and this is all my fault for choosing not to start swallowing things after I had my laryngectomy surgery three years ago. I just wanted to and still am stuck to a feeding tube for the rest of my life since all the surgery did was restore my ability to swallow liquids aka drinking, not solid food. I don't know what to do now. I can try to smoke medical marijuana tonight nf see if that will stop all of this drooling that I have so I can get some sleep.
For those of you who don't already know, I have an extremely terminal condition (36 years is the average life experience) called Neurofibromatosis type 2 which consists of tumors that grow all over the central nervous system especially the brain and spine, which start out banging but then get progressively more aggressive until they kill you, and cause all sorts of other disabilities during ones lifetime especially deafness which nearly everyone including myself have. Around four and a half years ago I had to have surgery to remove tumors from my c spone, and this butchered and damaged the swallowing nerve accidentally, and I have been connected to a feeding tube ever since. I had a laryngectomy surgery a year and a half later to eparte mt airway frpm my esophagus viw removing my vocal cords permanently in order to prevent me from spiraling (throwing up into my lungs), and to restore my ability to swallow liquids like water. So I am totally deaf and mute and half to use sign language or text on my iPhone 7 in order to communicate, and I have to use a suction machine in order to suck out all of the drooling that I constantly do because my tongue muscles and nerves re completely flat out paralyzed. The tracheotomy that I received surgically is what helps me swallow liquids since my throats muscles and nerves no longer work at all.
I won't know what the doctors can to try and fix this problem that I'm having drooling uncontrollably. My mom says that there isn't anything that they can do. No surgery or anything at all except give me anti-throat secretion medicine to try and stop my mouth from drooling.
