Trying to kill Facebook's contract with Google

I've been complaining to Facebook for months now about a browser hijacker that is preloaded into their Android application. And for months Facebook has ignored me. What's more, I found an official report from October 5, 2015 about this exact same issue and have tested that brand new, out of the box android devices are infected with this browser hijacker from facebook. Anyway, I finally broke and called Google to Lodge a complaint against an unresponsive developer. Facebook has 1 hour to respond to Googles request for feedback on this issue or else they may see their app removed from the play store and their contract terminated.

There are 7 Replies

I imagine Facebook hq is in full freak out mode right now. Imagine, an executive walks into a room full of engineers, demanding an explanation for why Google is threatening to terminate their contact due to a browser hijacker being preloaded into the app within the hour.

Lmfao Facebook deleted my message where I asked them publicly for a response to this issue. Yeah they're not happy with me right now.

And they blocked me from commenting on their public page. What pussies. I think I might give Google a followup call to let them know about how they're handling this.
