Thinking of doing some black magic
Posted: Posted May 7th by Ghowilo

Certain people should feel the same effects caused to people around them by their actions, right?

i guess if karma isnt acting quick enough, someone has to take the job into their own hands, right?

Pretty much. Thing is I've never done black magic before. And the fact that I'm trying to curse 230 people by name at the same time makes preparation for this a bit tedious.

so, you do believe in karma?

I do, but I also think that it can be helped along the way sometimes.

you dont think ushering on consequences will count towards your negative karma? i have always wondered this and i cant seem to come to a confident conclusion, so i have never done any punitive magic.

Haha. No don't. The only one who will end up punished in the end is you. Those people will simply move on. It's really not worth it.

Well. I asked for permission and was denied. Not because I wouldn't justified in doing so, the reason is a bit more complex and I'm not really allowed to talk about it. But yeah. The curse isn't going to happen.

Who uses what is considered to be black magic and asks for permission to do so?

Just because it's black magic does not always mean it's bad. But I am a person who cares about the laws and politics of aetherious. With a curse that is as large as I was planning, it's better to ask permission than forgiveness.

Lol, it's just what I call it. It's the most appropriate name I could come up with. It's def not official and honestly I didn't realized it was used in DnD. I've talked with you about the Aether before, Aetherious is just like something that exists in the Aether.

I just looked at your link. Yeah, they're completely unrelated. I'm talking about a place, you're link talks about a god in the game.

Eh. Fair enough. Though, that's where we differ. I see little to no good in preserving that same order you seem fond of. However I also realized years ago that raging against it is worse than pointless.

It can take some people several lifetimes to stop raging against it, so I applaud you for that at least.

Can you cast third level spells? Because honestly I think a well placed fireball would would be more effective then this vague sense of ill will you're alluding to.

Don't be ridiculous Famov! Everyone knows you can't shoot fire out of your hands!
