I haven't seen all of the non-MCU films (and it's really hard to compare individual films to full trilogies--most of these don't count as "series"), but I really do think that Captain America has the most consistently great superhero trilogy I've seen. All of the other ones had their weak points (Spider-Man 3, Iron Man 2, Thor: The Dark World, Avengers: Age of Ultron), but all three Captain America films are great and serve the character really well. I think Guardians of the Galaxy is close, though. Feels very difficult to rate the Avengers films against any individual trilogy, though, and I can only imagine how much harder it would be to rate the X-Men series given both how much longer it is and how the consensus seems to be that it varies wildly in quality.

Ant man is pretty solid.

Personally for me it is a toss up between Cap and Daredevil (the show)

I selected “daredevil” but it still registers as 0 votes weird

I said Black Panther, because to me, it is hands down the best film in the whole franchise. But it also isn't yet a "series" as it is only one film. I kind of do have faith in Ryan Coogler at this point and with that cast, too, I suspect the sequel will at least be solid, but can't really take that hunch into account.

The Captain America movies are - as a trilogy - probably the best and most enjoyable, though I might slightly prefer the Ant-Man stuff overall.

Have you noticed most Marvel Films seem like very long video game cutscenes? Top Quality CGI, loads of fighting and action. That's what makes them unique.

I'm surprised they haven't announced a video game for Black Panther yet. Maybe he will appear in the new avengers game though.

Black Panther's my #1 MCU film as well, so if we were going by averages, it'd be my favorite. But it seems like an unfair comparison since it's harder to keep the quality up over multiple films than it is to make one really good one (and two Cap films are in my top 5 with all three in my top 10, so...). We'll see how the sequel holds up, though I also think that Coogler is probably trustworthy and the cast might be the most talented cast of all MCU films.

I feel like I'm on an island with regards to the Ant-Man films around here. They're fine, but nothing really stands out from them to me, and I don't think I'd ever feel the need to rewatch them if they weren't part of the MCU. They'd be close to the bottom for me--probably above Thor since his first two films weren't great, but Ragnarok is far and away better than both Ant-Man films, so it's tough to compare.

Really? I feel like the general consensus is that Ant-Man movies are "fine...they're fine. Like, yeah. They're fine..." and that's it. So I don't think you're on an island there. I think many think they're probably among the funnier or more generally enjoyable, but I haven't really seen many argue that Ant-Man movies are the movies they get excited about. (I actually really think the second one was one of my favorite Marvel movies to date, to be honest.) I don't think many people rank them up there on the list. (I don't know if I think Ragnarok is "better" than either Ant-Man movie. To me, they're about equal in quality. There are things all of those movies do that I *reeeeally* like. But I do tend to think of Ragnarok as my second or third favorite. God, I find it so infinitely re-watchable, which probably means it's my second favorite.)

I think the thing is that quality kind of varies everywhere. Like I love Ragnarok, Thor is fine, and Dark World is meh. Iron Man 1 is great. Iron Man 2 is fine (I know I like it more than most, but I wouldn't argue it's great). And Iron Man 3 is...god...frustrating? Yeah, let's go with that. Avengers 1 is great. Age of Ultron is fine. Infinity War is somehow a coherent mess (and I know I am on an island when I say that I hated Infinity War). Endgame is a great send off and a good time despite problems. For my money, First Avenger is good. Winter Soldier is fine. Civil War is the same movie but with slightly more compelling motivations. I guess by default that makes Captain America the most consistent "series." (Although I still feel like Ant-Man 1 is better than people give it credit for, and Ant-Man and Wasp is definitely better than people give it credit for, despite its flaws - I mean they all have flaws, obviously.)

(I'll explain why I love Black Panther when I have a little more time to get into it. Not avoiding it. Just haven't had the time.)

Actually Black Panther is playable in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite.

Its like Tekken Tag Tournament but with Marvel characters and Capcom characters. You can also fight on the plains of Valkanda. I recommend everyone to try it.

Captain Marvel and Guardians of the Galaxy.

I saw Endgame first and then Marvel after. I was pretty confused at first and I thought I wouldn't like her, but she was awesome. It beat Guardians by a like a lot. I know I said I loved Endgame before, but i really didnt. The fighting was epic though.

Guardians of the Galaxy is for the humor and I enjoyed the characters. My favorite characters are Yondu, Groot, and Star-Lord. I wouldn't say it's my all time series, but I enjoy the movies.
