Because it is a New Year and a New Decade and this thread should be stickied.

I am going through my yearly play through of Resident Evil 4 on Professional Mode. Im an hour in and just murdered the First El Gigante.

Professional Mode is how the game was meant to be played.

I can't comment on the switch port but I always felt the game played best with a game cube controller. My wired 360 controller is serviceable.

How are you liking the game? The DLC is actually pretty top tier stuff, and I found both to be a lot more interesting than the main story (which I still liked, but The Wild Hunt themselves were underwhelming). Toussaint from Blood and Wine is such a cool, vibrant place to explore as well.

Killed the 2nd So Gigante and the Bella Sisters. Saved right before you fight chief Mendez. Might hop in after work to get to the castle area.

Morrowind + Minecraft + Terraria at the moment. Pathos on my phone if I'm out of the house.

With Morrowind, I'm trying to optimize my "become a god before level 10" strategy, doing the redoran questline on another savefile, and am thinking about starting a new game that explicitly avoids some of the pre-knowledge and game-breaking stuff so I can explore it some more. Still a very fun game.

With Minecraft, I haven't played in a while so I'm exploring the new mechanics -- pirate ships and underwater stuff is neat, also there's some new monsters and things. I found a nice small island with a cave system to use as a home base.

With Terraria, I deleted all my savefiles and am mostly fucking around with it, trying to experiment and stuff instead of worrying about fast progression.

Playing Pokemon Shield. Beat the 4th gym last night!

After Shield I have Dragon Quest Builders 2, Doom and Xenoverse 2 for games I have already opened. Then I have Splatoon 2, Final Fantasy X/X-2, Link's Awakening and Alien Isolation for games I haven't touched yet.

There's rumors of a switch pro releasing this year. Might just hold off Doom and Link's Awakening until then.

Don't want to buy many games for the rest of the year. xenoblade remastered and nmh2 are the only ones confirmed.

Old-school Runescape and Risk of Rain 2.

I've been doing a lot of questing in OSRS and I have done most of the quests. I'm at 190 of 275 quest points, so I should be finishing it up relatively soon. After that, I'll be taking on all the achievements.

I had a three hour god run in RoR2 last night. Got to the new optional boss in the first run I made after the update. Gesture of the Drowned + several Fuel Cells + a couple of Alien Heads + Disposable Missile Launcher = OP as fuck.

I'm kind of in limbo right now. I need to get back into Dark Souls after beating Quelaag, but it just doesn't seem appealing to me right now. But with being this far into the game, I don't want to not finish it. At the same time, I don't want to start any other single player games being over halfway through Dark Souls because I just don't like to mix up single-player games.

Otherwise I play Halo MCC, Halo 5 and Sea of Thieves a few times a week for multiplayer fun.
