heres whats goin in, lads

Breakfast: 4 to 5 eggs, slow-fried with olive oil; 2 ounces of heavy cream; hunk of cheese; half of my daily multivitamin.
Brunch: cup of tea, some pieces of dark chocolate (95% to 100% cocoa).
Lunch: general grazing on bits of meat and cheese at work; possibly also some raw spinach; one cup of black coffee.
Dinner: sirloin steak on a bed of spinach, dressed with basil pesto, sriracha hot sauce and olive oil; one cup of black coffee.
Late night: Gatorade Zero with psyllium husk; some sardines in oil; hunk of cheese; the other half of my daily multivitamin; usually also the rest of the chocolate; maybe also another 2 ounces of heavy cream.

Random parts of this may be replaced with baked chicken breast, based on what I feel like at the moment and if I happen to have any pre-cooked.

In addition to this diet, I'm also deadlifting well above my body weight on a daily basis.

The results? I lost almost all of my water weight. I'm more ripped than I have ever been in my life. My cognition and mood have improved. My energy levels are higher and more consistent. My grocery bill is almost halved. I have stopped craving sugar.

I've been doing this for about four months and have no plans on stopping soon. I recommend it to everyone, with the standard caveat for personal health issues (consult your doctor, etc.).

Sounds awesome. I'll be at four years in a few days.

My diet currently looks like this:

  • Breakfast (2-3 hours after waking up, longer if I have coffee first) -- bigass plate of kale, 2 green onions, half a roma tomato, 2 white mushrooms, lite soy sauce, close to two cups of cheddar cheese, dill weed, garlic, paprika, rosemary. Coffee with whole milk, small piece of very dark chocolate. Maybe more coffee later.

  • Dinner (6-8 hours after breakfast) -- 8-10 hardboiled eggs, around a quarter of a container of ranch dressing, a bunch of sunflower seeds. Another piece of very dark chocolate.

Very very cheap (~50$/month), but surprisingly also nutritious as fuck. The large amount of vitamin K over the long term has had some interesting effects on wounds -- cuts will clot up instantly, bruises will clot up right after the capillaries burst and won't actually bleed out into a bruise.

My cognition and mood have improved. My energy levels are higher and more consistent.

    I recommend it to everyone

    Same and same.

The company Christmas party was last night. In addition to grilling steak and pork chops for everyone, the owner of the bar also provides everyone with a $50 tab. So, I had a big, thick steak that was actually cooked correctly (red inside, but not raw) with a glass of Casa Dragones sipping tequila. It was sublime.

Been on Keto for about half a year myself. I really only needed to change one thing about my regular diet being I loved bread. I always liked extremely simple meat based meals, love veggies and cooked with various coconut and avocado oils already. So the switch was easy.
