We're gonna need a bigger boat.
Is anyone a RWBY fan?

I don't have any RWBY fan friends sadly. :P I own a bunch of all scrolls and the entire japanese soundtrack so far, although V5's should be out soon.

I wasn't really sold on it in the early days as it felt really slow to "get to the point" and the clunky animations were kinda off-putting at times but I learned to get used to those but those improvement and the plot has moved along nicely now. I would summarise what I just said as "Everything from S3 onwards has been great".

I will say the show has a villain problem, in that most of its villains don't feel like they have any depth or real reason to be doing what they are doing other than "I am evil therefore I do". But the things that happen because of the villains have been good, so I sort of don't care too much that the villains themselves are weak. (Emerald is probably the only one who actually seems to have any depth and character).

I also vastly prefer the "B Team" of Team JNPR (or, as I hope they will become, Team ORNJ) over the main team. Just sayin.

I'd say Cinder still has the potential for depth. I'm a big fan of the show in general, but when one episode contains a bunch of fighting featuring one group and the next episode is another group doing something else entirely the flow of the whole thing gets thrown off. I want to know where Neo is in all of this and why Raven hates Ozpin so much

Sure, every character has the potential for it... But she's had five seasons and the most we've gotten is that she likes power.

That certainly became an issue for the last two seasons with the characters being so spread out. I'm hoping now that they're all back together they'll stop doing it.

Her allegiance was to Roman, I wouldn't be surprised if we never see her again.

why Raven hates Ozpin so much

I like the theory that she blames him for Summer's death. Certainly her song in the Season 2 credits implies as much.

Yeah, it's too bad we probably won't see Neo again cause he semblance was really cool and her silent nature leaves a lot room for fans to input their own personality ideas for her.

One thing I REALLY hope RWBY doesn't do is bring back Pyrraha. Don't get me wrong. I LOVED her! But I want death to MEAN something in RWBY. I want there to be a question of what will happen if this character dies. Having seen plenty of shows and movies that just cover up death (i.e. Teen Titans, Yugioh, any anime dubbed by 4kids), bring characters back to life (Dragonball franchise, Supernatural, Yu Yu Hakusho, Red vs Blue [though that one I can forgive since it's more of a comedy than a drama]), or fail to kill any characters of actual importance (The Walking Dead, Fairy Tail) gets pretty boring and annoying. If they DO bring Pyrrha back, I might just stop watching the show unless they come up with a REALLY damn good excuse on how it happened and why it could never happen again.
