If you may recall E.T was a video game released for the Atari years ago. Equivocally speaking, at the behest of Sir Steven Speilberg (director of famous movies such as Jurassic Park and The Adventures of Tin-Tin) we see that it’s a game made for the faint of heart. The breath of life, inserting that gray plastic cartidrge into your Atari you are brought into the world of Speilburgs unsung masterpiece. Playing as the delightfully alien you get to move throughout the game and collect pebbles. I am reminded of my time in France where the bling was always unaltered in a date of consciousness. The mess halls would be filled with cream gravel and sweetbreads! Ah to be young again and hear the faint sound of rain hitting the roof while grilling the Atari countrller. C’est le vie, mon ami. But I digress so the game starts where your playing as a love able alien named ET you collect gems like one would collect Blood diamonds in Africa , like the movie staring Leonardo DiCaprio and Desmond Whathislastname. So we begin the day anew the only difference is that life is but a box of Xbox larked it was going to be the first time anyone joined a WiFi app. The last one was named Donna green grass . Heats the foreig. The game has a digital voice box.

I always loved watching the movie E.T. as a child, my favorite Martian. And since you’re talking football I remember I was watching the movie while my dad was watching some Stanford Cardinal football game because they were en route to a championship also like Okhoma was, only it was a failure for Oklahoma and it is also spelled mayfield btw.

Your Rigt is but I edited it because I can’t talk about football her because this is the video game forum
Vandy will be angry. I come from a football loving family my dad wears his dak Prescott jersey 3 times out of 7 days. My older brother played college ball but it was NAIA and I don’t think it was on tv. He played for sagu lions.

Vandy actually was a huge sooners fan when I first found him on the Melee forum on Mike’s GT in 2004. He did go to see his college’s team ATM play Nebraska for college football but now both teams are entirely different consequences and may never play each other again.

Even at the time, ET was obviously a rush job. The game was created in 6 weeks by one master programmer who did it all. It was amazing that the project works at all, but the fact that there was so much hype for something made in 6 weeks was just an epic fail on Atari's part. Between this game and the failure of Pac Man, people got the idea that games would never amount to anything. It was just too early for them to really amount to anything.

ET is such beauty, my favorite Martian. Definitely not rushed.
