THrisbsoujdq like a lot of aspirations that you have for this year cas. As for the dieting. APOLLO conducted a ďweight training goalĒ post in 2013 where she and others interest d posted how well they were doing in this diet progrwl. She also went on a diet year before and may dull do so, do if you are convryn f or have any questions about what you should do for your diet, then ask Apollo (besides us here but Iím just saying you may want to also her because you have her added on Facebook and are bffís and she is a definitely very knolwefagble about dieting). But based on what I remember you telling us, youíre very tiny (4Ē10í) and only weigh 80 pounds. Based on my judgements I think anyone should weigh approximately twice as how tall as they are in terms of inches, so since 12 inches are in a foot thatís 48 then + the additional 10 inches so youíre 58 inches tall which means that you should weigh 116. And you need to be careful about your workouts because of your thin size and weight, if you do too much physical exercise activities you could develop anorexia nervosa and bullemia. Both you and me really need to put on some weight because weíre too thin. If you want a stopping point you can probably just make 100 your limit and then stop there, Incase you donít want to put on much weight, which is exactly my case too Iím 5í10Ē and weigh 110. And be very careful what you eat and make sure that your digestive system is working properly, otherwise you might get very nauseous which is what Iíve been witnessing lately. I think that you might want to go just for a check up to see your doctor and ask him what your nutritional diet should be like. If you have the condition called wasting, which is what I have, then you might want to have your gallbladder removed (Apollo had hers removed 7 years ago she told me and I was suggested by a friend to ask the doctor if I should have mine removed too because this is what is keeping me from gaining any weight, but my doctor said that wonít solve the problem for my bodyís case of wasting), so if you want more info about gallbladder removal and if you should have yours removed then ask appllo because she had that done to her. Removing it helped her digestive system she told me six years ago.!
Are you going to transfer to a university next year? You want to become a writer you told us and listed some universities that you want to look into.
Iím also tired all of the time, which Iíve been very slothful lately and I need to find a way to get up and exercise and swallow more beverages since I can not that I have a trach but I neglect to have an aperitif and just want to be fed through the g tube in my stomach. Be careful when taking control of your bodyís energy level.
I hope that everything works out as planned cas. Do you have any summer plans? Itís almost that time of year again. Also I added you on the switch (yoshi is my usrrname). And donít worry about the possibility of me messaging you there, because no one can send any messages to each other via switch or wiii anymore and I believe that itís impossible for the 3ds, and Iím not even gonna bother to even pull out my 3ds now that Iíve got the switch, so I canít hound anyone anywhere outside of gametalk. I donít even know if weíll ever play online together (Iíve got Mario kart I and splatoon 2 for switch in terms of online games but thatís it and the only other games that I have got it are botw and ofdesey).

You don't have to go to college to be a writer. In fact, most working writers I know,(personally like my uncle Roger Croft who wrote the novel series The Wayward spy, best seller and Maghrab Conspiracy, check out his novels http://rogercroft.com/ ) do not have a degree from film school. Most however, have gone to college and many have graduate degrees. Still, college isn't for everyone, and there are other ways to become a great writer. My uncle when to college but not take writing classes took business, went to Wharton. You know I hate when people think you have to go to college to be a sucessful person, It speaks for itself, some people can't be in a classroom inviroment.
It is nerve racking for you to be in school, or talk to people in the chatsite. it's more nerve racking for me to talk to people i have only 2 close friends, and people say im soft-spoken so everything thinks im introverted,

OK I GET IT YOUR SKINNY STOP BRAGGING. Jk, but really though that i was im supposed to weigh around but i can't afford to go on a diet all the healthy foods are overpriced. I think they personally make our food unhealthy because they want people to die early. One thing that is really filling that doesn't have a lot of calories if snow pudding. Have you ever tried it, it's basically just egg whites and lemon juice. First thing to make Snow Puddijg. Cold Water, Gelatin. Mix it up a lil. Get it all dissovled. Creamy. Make sure it not grainy. Next put in boiling water. So cold water, then gelatin, then boiling water. after the boiling water, add sugar, a little bit at a time. Ok, now put it plain water, gelatin, hten the bowling water, then the sugar. Now egg whites that are beaten. Put the beaten egg whites in there. And put some lemon in. The juice of two lemons, mix it all together, than start to beat it. You really have to make the beater go fast, as a matter of fact, you could use an electirc beater. Make it really snowly. Also consult with your doctor before having your gall bladder removed not apollo, things like removing your gall bladder, widom teeth, tonsils, are all really unesscary things that people get done. Also I would suggest you go vegan. It will alleviate your other problems so you don't have to 'Cutting sweets'. Also are you english? Why do you call them sweets and not candy
=And you need to be careful about your workouts because of your thin size and weight, if you do too much physical exercise activities you could develop anorexia nervosa and bullemia
True, also it depends on you bones, do you drink a lot of milk? Since you are a thin person and only 4'10, you could get injured very easily doing intense work outs.
=I've been walking my dog a lot but it's not enough exercise. I really want to build muscle but with my petiteness and all I still want to look slender.
You don't need to build muscle, when people do the weight lifting regime, its called artifical muscles, you dont need all those artifical muscles just keep walking and dog and maybe doing some other things your only 4'10 110 lbs? you dont even have wiggle room to build muscle,

Cas I apologize for all of the typos that I made in my response above. Makes me look like an asshole really. Plesse forgive me. Brocken jr suggested me to try protein shakes for my nutrition but I got frustrated it and reverted back to the feeding tube nutrition. I donít know if you want to try protein shakes but if you do make sure your metabolism can tolerate it. You also need to be careful when dealing eith your nutritional diet in general so that you donít become nauseous. Your doctor would know what your metabolism and immune system level (NOT VIDEO GAM LEVEL) are at, so I suggest that you might want to consult with him/her before planning your nutritional diet. I get nauseous all the time now, and eagle occasionally vomits because his immune system isnít that strong either (and speaking about him, eagle DID get a degree in film production (well masters degree and is seeking his doctoral degree now in graduate school). You know, supermod kyon (NOT giving out anyoneís real names to anyone here but you probably know who he is on your friends list on Facebook, so if you have any questions about journalism related careers then I suggest that you ask him, I remember that he told us via Skype that he wants to become a reporter, which igga also is and youíre bffís with him so you have two people that you can talk to about these English related careers which you may pursue working with such people as a writer, or you can just become a specific author and not work for any specific industry). I donít know, English is not my strong suit at all, my SAT scores in English were VERY shitty, most specifically with reading comprehension, understanding what itís like being a reader and writer (also scored pretty poor on the essay portion). Iíd trust brandy as to what you should look into with your aspiration to become a writer also. My friend also wants to become a writer too and is just taking gen ed courses in college (and moreso to become an illustrator which you may want to look into also). Iím pretty sure that you love anime and manga like eagle and my friend do.
