Can now unsign the world forum disclaimer; disclaimer system applies to feedback, other changes

At the top of the world forum index you'll see a link that says "opt out". Clicking this will unsign the world forum disclaimer so it'll disappear from your feed.

I changed the size of the top buttons because they're taking up too much space again.

Feedback has been renamed to "Site Issues" and is also on the disclaimer system now. This should at the very least get sitewide controversies out of the public eye. I have other plans for this forum as well. Thankfully we haven't had sitewide controversies in a while, but when we do again, they won't drag the entire site down anymore.

I moved the "who's still around" post to the GTX0 forum so you don't need to sign a disclaimer to see it.

I modified the footer a bit:

  • instead of "Site Rules" you just have "Rules". I also removed "Complaints process" because it's deprecated.

  • "Give feedback" has been changed to "Report Issue". "Report" ties in with the "Report" link and also "Report Bug", and "Issue" is a call back to "Site Issues", so overall it should be very intuitive where you go to report problems.

  • I added "Request feature", which is just a link to the feature request form. I have some other plans here as well.

  • I removed the SMW Central link. They informed me a while back that they were removing GTX0 from their affiliates link, which is unfortunate but makes sense.

I've been wanting to work on GTX0 again for a while now.

I was wondering if this was ever actually going to happen. Good job.

Wait did they say why they did?

Something about us catering to different communities. They're doing a bit of rebranding and focusing more on their mario image. We're more general and also quite dead.
